1. Scope and Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products and services offered by MeYaWorld SARL (the "Seller" or "We") on the website meyaworld.com (the "Site") to individuals purchasing the products (the "Buyer" or "You").
1.2. Acceptance
By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these GTCS.
2. Products and Services
2.1. Product Description
The essential characteristics of the products and services are presented on the Site. We strive for maximum accuracy, but the photographs and graphics are non-contractual.
2.2. Product Availability
Product offers are valid subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you by email and offer you the option of cancellation or modification.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. Prices
The prices of the products sold on the Site are indicated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and are calculated [Specify Inclusive/Exclusive of VAT/Taxes]. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated additionally and indicated before the final validation of the order.
3.2. Payment
Payment for the order is due immediately upon placing the order. We accept payments processed through Payzone, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and other cards accepted by Payzone.
3.3. Title Retention
Title to the products shall remain vested in MeYaWorld SARL until full and final payment of the price, including shipping costs and taxes, has been received.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1. Delivery Area
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer during the order process, throughout Morocco nationwide.
4.2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are specified during the ordering process. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical possession of the products.
5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
5.1. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)
In compliance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection, the Buyer who is a consumer has a legal right of withdrawal of seven (7) calendar days from the day they, or a third party designated by them, receive the products. The Buyer may exercise this right without having to give any reason.
5.2. Return Conditions

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify MeYaWorld SARL of their decision.

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow for remarketing in new condition.

The Buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
5.3. Refunds
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, MeYaWorld SARL will refund the total amount paid (including the initial standard delivery costs, but excluding the return costs) no later than seven (7) business days following the date we receive the returned goods or receive proof of their shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty
The products sold benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects and the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Moroccan Law. The Seller does not offer any commercial warranty beyond these statutory warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
MeYaWorld SARL shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased, external events, or force majeure. Our liability, in any event, shall be limited to the amount of the order.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements on the Site (trademarks, texts, photographs, illustrations, images, videos, etc.) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of MeYaWorld SARL or its partners.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law
These GTCS are governed by the laws of The Kingdom of Morocco.
9.2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing this, any legal action shall be brought before the competent courts in Morocco.
